On June 1, 2026. CORINMAC complete set of 5TPH(ton per hour) dry mortar production line with sand drying production line completed overall debugging, factory quality inspection, moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging, and was successfully loaded into four containers and shipped to Madagascar. The complete set of 5TPH dry mortar production line with sand drying production line equipment including wet sand hopper, belt conveyor, belt feeder, three-cylider rotary dryer, vibrating screen, cyclone dust collector, exhaust fan, impulse bags dust collector, ton bag un-loader, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, single shaft paddle mixer, finished product hopper, valve bag packing machine, simple electric hoist, ball mill, PLC electrical control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

On December 22, 2025. CORINMAC's 5TPH(ton per hour) dry mortar production line with sand drying production line was successfully loaded and shipped to Congo. The whole set of 5TPH dry mortar production line equipment including ton bag un-loader, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, manual feeder for chemical additives, single shaft paddle mixer, steel structure, finished product hopper, impeller packing machine for valve bag, PLC control cabinet, air compressor and spare parts, etc.

From August 5, 2025 to August 7, 2025. CORINMAC's dry mortar production line with sand drying production line was successfully loaded and shipped to Kazakhstan. The whole set of dry mortar production line with sand drying production line equipment including ton bag un-loader, impulse bags dust collector, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, belt feeder, weighing hopper, vibrating screen, bucket elevator, finished product hopper, burning chamber, cyclone dust collector, three-circuit rotary dryer, valve bag packing machine, single shaft mixer, high speed disperser, steel structure, pallet wrapper, control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

On June 22, 2025. CORINMAC's dry mortar production line and sand drying production line were successfully loaded and delivered to Lebanon.The whole set of dry mortar production line and sand drying production line equipment including weighing hopper, finished product hopper, ton bag un-loader, impeller packing machine for valve bag, open mouth bag packing machine, small bag packing machine, spiral ribbon mixer, single shaft paddle mixer, screw conveyor, wet sand hopper, belt conveyor, burning chamber, three cylinder rotary dryer, cyclone dust collector, exhaust fan, vibrating screen, control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

From March 24th to 25th, 2025. CORINMAC's sand drying production line was delivered to Donetsk, Russia. The whole set of sand drying production line equipment including screw conveyor, bucket elevator, three cylinder rotary dryer, belt feeder, belt conveyor, burning chamber, burner, draught fan, cyclone dust collector, impulse bags dust collector, vibrating screen, control cabinet, and spare parts, etc. We carefully protect the equipment according to our customer's specifications, minimizing the risk of damage during transportation. 

From March 17th to 18th, 2025. CORINMAC's sand drying production line was delivered to Tambov, Russia. The customer sent a vehicle to transport the equipment. The whole set of sand drying production line equipment including three cylinder rotary dryer, burning chamber, burner, draught fan, cyclone dust collector, impulse bags dust collector, control cabinet, and spare parts, etc.

On February 10, 2025, CORINMAC’s sand drying production line was shipped to Jamaica. Sand drying production line equipment including 5T raw limestone aggregates hopper, belt conveyor, burning chamber, three cylinder rotary dryer, bag dust collector, double cyclone, and spare parts, etc.

On December 13, CORINMAC’s sand drying production line and simple dry mortar production line were delivered to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The whole set of sand drying production line including wet sand hopper, belt feeder, belt conveyor, burning chamber, three cylinder rotary dryer, draught fan, cyclone dust collector, bucket elevator, vibrating screen, and control cabinet. Simple dry mortar production line including spiral ribbon mixer, screw conveyor, finished product hopper, does not include packing machine.

On April 19, 2024, CORINMAC one set of drying equipment was delivered to Novosibirsk, Russia.This is the second time the customer has ordered our sand drying production line.  The capacity of the first set was 15-20 tons per hour, which can not meet the customer's production needs. This time we provide customers with a dryer with cylinder diameter of 2.9 meters and cylinder length of 5.8 meters. The capacity can reach 30-35 tons per hour.  Because of the cold winter in Novosibirsk, we have added insulation layers to the dryer cylinder and pulse dust collector according to the local climate conditions to ensure that the dryer does not lose heat, and the pulse dust collector does not condense water and block the filter bags.
