A rotary dryer is a type of industrial dryer used to reduce or minimize the moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into contact with a heated gas. CORINMAC mainly manufactures dryers with two structures, three-cylinder rotary dryer and single cylinder rotary dryer, with multiple patents, such as multi-bend lifting plates, spiral anti-stick inner cylinders, etc. Among them, the three-cylinder rotary dryer is well received by users because of its high drying efficiency and low energy consumption. The dryers can be selected from a wide range of capacity, from 3TPH to 60TPH. The rotary dryer usually forms a drying and screening production line with raw material hopper, belt feeder, conveyors, vibrating screen and dust collector. It can be used alone to dry various materials or combined with a dry mortar mixing line to form a complete set of dry mortar production line including finished sand drying.
