The mixer is the core equipment of the dry mortar production line. CORINMAC's mixers are divided into several series, including Single shaft plough share mixer, Double shaft paddle mixer, Single shaft paddle mixer, and Single shaft ribbon mixer. The maximum speed of the Single shaft plough share mixer can reach 120rpm, with high mixing efficiency and stable performance. The Double shaft paddle mixer has stable mixing effect and outstanding performance. The Single shaft ribbon mixer is suitable for mixing and blending various powders, and has a wide range of applications. The material of the mixer equipment could be customized according to user needs, such as SS201, SS304 stainless steel, wear-resistant alloy steel, etc.

Spiral Ribbon Mixer

The Spiral ribbon mixer is mainly composed of a main shaft, double-layer or multi-layer ribbon. The spiral ribbon is one outside and one inside, in opposite directions, pushes the material back and forth, and finally achieves the purpose of mixing, which is suitable for stirring light materials.
