This is CORINMAC's latest dry mortar plant installed in Romania.
Wet sand is fed into our integrated drying system. The core is our high-efficiency three-cylinder dryer, maximizing heat exchange to slash energy costs while perfectly drying the sand. Once dried, the sand is lifted and screened to precise specifications. Our advanced dust collection system ensures the entire process is clean, safe, and environmentally friendly. Finished sand, cement, and additives are precisely weighed and fed into single shaft mixer. The result? A perfectly homogeneous, high-quality mortar mix in record time. The finished product was packed by our valve bag and open top bag packing machine.
This project also includes a dedicated paint production line, featuring a high-speed disperser and automatic filling machine.
