Four customized production lines for an Uzbekistan client — valve bag packaging, column palletizing, pallet wrapping, and big bag filling with integrated sand screening.

This video showcases multiple customized packing and palletizing lines delivered by CORINMAC for an Uzbekistan client — now in stable operation. The project includes two valve bag packaging and palletizing lines, plus two big bag packaging lines with different configurations.

🔹 Valve Bag Packaging & Palletizing Lines (×2)

• Finished product hopper — alloy steel closed silo with dust collection, breathing system, and pneumatic vibrator for anti-arching

• Valve bag packaging machine — impeller / air blowing / air floating types available, weighing accuracy ±0.2%

• Bag flattener — presses each bag flat for stable stacking

• Column palletizer (mini palletizer) — compact size, PLC-controlled, ~500 bags/hour, flexible palletizing patterns

• Pallet wrapping machine — finished pallets transported to wrapping station, stretch film wrapped around stacked products

🔹 Big Bag Packaging Line 1

• Pulse dust collector — high purification efficiency, low emission concentration, stable performance

• Ton bag packaging machine — 200-2000kg per bag, 20-40 bags/hour, accuracy ±2‰-5‰

🔹 Big Bag Packaging Line 2 (Full Process)

• Main material hopper — receives raw sand

• Belt conveyor with magnetic separator — removes metal impurities during transport

• Bucket elevator — vertical transport to platform

• Vibrating screen — screens sand by particle size (0.63mm / 1.2mm / 2.0mm mesh), unsuitable sand diverted to separate bags via pipes

• Product hopper — stores qualified sand

• 2× ton bag packaging machines — simultaneous filling

• Workflow: Raw sand → main hopper → belt conveyor (magnet removes metal) → bucket elevator → vibrating screen → qualified sand to product hopper → 2 ton bag fillers
