Filling valve bags the simple, precise way — the CORINMAC impeller packing machine.
The operator slides the valve mouth onto the nozzle. The clamp holds the bag firmly in place.
Inside, a rotating impeller feeds the material into the bag. The machine weighs continuously as it fills — and stops automatically at the set weight.
Ten to sixty kilograms per bag. Filling accuracy within plus or minus 0.6 percent. Up to 280 bags per hour for 25-kilogram cement.
Two discharge options: inclined push-out, or vertical bag drop. Most clients choose the vertical drop — easier bag placing, fewer errors, higher efficiency.

CORINMAC Automatic Impeller Valve Bag Packing Machine | Simple, precise valve-bag filling for reliable production.
Filling valve bags is easier with CORINMAC. The operator places the valve opening onto the filling nozzle, and the clamp holds the bag securely in position. Inside the machine, a rotating impeller feeds material into the bag while weight is monitored continuously. Filling stops automatically when the preset weight is reached.
Bag weight: 10–60 kg
Filling accuracy: within ±0.6%
Capacity: up to 280 bags per hour for 25 kg cement
Discharge options: inclined push-out or vertical bag drop
