The old powder production line renovation project in Uzbekistan has been successfully completed the installation of all equipment and commissioning with material feeding. This project involved upgrading the client's existing production line with downstream automation, transforming the entire system for pallet supply, conveying, and automated palletizing of bagged materials. Our technical team considering the existing equipment and working conditions of the original factory, completed equipment placement, electrical integration, program debugging, and trial production with materials. This enabled automated operation of the bagged finished product palletizing section, reducing manual intervention, improving the efficiency of finished product outbound operations, and ensuring stable system operation. The project was successfully delivered.

On July 5, 2026, CORINMAC complete set of 10tph(ton per hour) dry mortar production line equipment completed the overall commissioning, full-item quality inspection before leaving the factory, and protective packaging for ocean shipping. It was successfully loaded into four containers and shipped to Tanzania in East Africa to support local building materials production and infrastructure project construction.

From August 5, 2025 to August 7, 2025. CORINMAC's dry mortar production line with sand drying production line was successfully loaded and shipped to Kazakhstan. The whole set of dry mortar production line with sand drying production line equipment including ton bag un-loader, impulse bags dust collector, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, belt feeder, weighing hopper, vibrating screen, bucket elevator, finished product hopper, burning chamber, cyclone dust collector, three-circuit rotary dryer, valve bag packing machine, single shaft mixer, high speed disperser, steel structure, pallet wrapper, control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

On June 22, 2025. CORINMAC's dry mortar production line and sand drying production line were successfully loaded and delivered to Lebanon.The whole set of dry mortar production line and sand drying production line equipment including weighing hopper, finished product hopper, ton bag un-loader, impeller packing machine for valve bag, open mouth bag packing machine, small bag packing machine, spiral ribbon mixer, single shaft paddle mixer, screw conveyor, wet sand hopper, belt conveyor, burning chamber, three cylinder rotary dryer, cyclone dust collector, exhaust fan, vibrating screen, control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

On June 8, 2025. CORINMAC's dry mortar production line was delivered to Qatar. The whole set of dry mortar production line equipment including weighing hopper, single shaft mixer, jumbo bag un-loader, screw conveyor, finished product hopper, belt conveyor, packing machine, control cabinet and spare parts, etc. 

From June 3, 2025 to June 6, 2025. CORINMAC's dry mortar production line and texture paint mixing line equipment were shipped to Albania. The whole set of dry mortar production line and texture paint mixing line equipment including weighing hopper, bucket elevator, single shaft mixer, impulse bags dust collector, jumbo bag un-loader, screw conveyor, finished product hopper, steel structure, packing machine, texture paint mixer, control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

On March 13, 2025. CORINMAC's texture paint mixing line equipment was shipped to Albania. The whole set of texture paint mixing line equipment including screw conveyor, SUS304 stainless steel texture paint mixer, PLC control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

On October 25, 2024, CORINMAC simple dry mortar production line was shipped to Canada. The simple dry mortar production line is suitable for the production of powder products such as tile adhesive, wall putty, and skim coat, etc. From raw materials feeding to finished product packaging, the whole set of equipment is simple and practical, occupies small area, requires low investment and low maintenance cost. It is ideal for small process plants and new entrants to this industry. 

On October 19, 2024, CORINMAC dry mortar production line equipment was delivered to Almaty, Kazakhstan. On October 14, 2024, The second batch of CORINMAC dry mixed mortar production line equipment was sent to the UAE. The equipment includes 100T silo, LS219 screw conveyor and bucket elevator and other supporting equipment. Supporting equipment is also an important part of the dry mortar production line. Like the dry mortar raw materials need to be stored, silos are required.
