Drying & Conveying: Wet sand is efficiently processed by a Three-Cylinder Rotary Dryer and transferred via Belt Conveyor, with integrated Dust Collection for environmental care.
Smart Storage & Feeding: Raw materials are stored in Silos and Ton Bag Un-loaders, then precision-fed using Screw Conveyors. The Vertical Steel Structure design maximizes space savings.
High-Efficiency Mixing: A Single Shaft Mixer ensures consistent, high-quality blending.
Finished Product Handling: The final mix is discharged to a Product Hopper, ready for packing by an Automated Packing Machine.
Automated Palletizing: Bags are neatly stacked by a Column Palletizer for secure storage and shipment.
