Introduction:

Vertical dry mortar production line

Vertical mortar production line CRL series, also known as standard mortar production line, is a complete set of equipment to batching finished sand, cementitious materials (cement, gypsum, etc.), various additives and other raw materials according to a specific recipe, mix with a mixer, and mechanically packing the obtained dry powder mortar, including raw material storage silo, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, additive batching system, bucket elevator, pre-mixed hopper, mixer, packaging machine, dust collectors and control system.


The name of the vertical mortar production line comes from its vertical structure. The pre-mixed hopper, the additive batching system, the mixer and the packaging machine are arranged on the steel structure platform from top to bottom, which can be divided into single-floor or multi-floors structure.


Mortar production lines will vary greatly due to differences in capacity requirements, technical performance, equipment composition and degree of automation. The entire production line scheme can be customized according to the customer's site and budget.


CRL-1 series production line includes:

The manual feeding hopper includes the main body of the hopper, the steel frame support, the vibrator, and the breathing device.

The bucket elevator is designed for continuous vertical transportation of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, peat, slag, coal, etc. in the production of building materials, chemical, metallurgical and other industries.

Single shaft plough share mixer

The technology of the plough share mixer is mainly from Germany, and it is a mixer commonly used in large-scale dry powder mortar production lines. The plough share mixer is mainly composed of an outer cylinder, a main shaft, plough shares, and plough share handles. The rotation of the main shaft drives the plowshare-like blades to rotate at a high speed to drive the material to move rapidly in both directions, so as to achieve the purpose of mixing. The stirring speed is fast, and a flying knife is installed on the wall of the cylinder, which can quickly disperse the material, so that the mixing is more uniform and fast, and the mixing quality is high.

Product hopper

The finished product hopper is a closed silo made of alloy steel plates for storing mixed products. The top of the silo is equipped with a feeding port, a breathing system and a dust collection device. The cone part of the silo is equipped with a pneumatic vibrator and an arch breaking device to prevent the material from being blocked in the  

hopper.

According to the requirements of different customers, we can provide three different types of packing machine, impeller type, air blowing type and air floating type for your choice. The weighing module is the core part of the valve bag packing machine. The weighing sensor, weighing controller and electronic control components used in our packaging machine are all first-class brands, with large measuring range, high precision, sensitive feedback, and the weighing error could be ±0.2 %, can fully meet your requirements.

  • How long is the delivery time and shipping time?
    According to the production task, the general equipment production period is about 20-30 working days. After the equipment production is completed, you can come to our factory in person, send someone to our factory, or ask we to provide photos and videos of the finished product for inspection.
    The transportation methods include railway, sea, sea-rail combined transportation, etc. The transport time of different countries is different: Southeast Asia: 7-15 days, Central Asia: 20-30 days, Middle East: 20-40 days, Africa & America countries: 30-50 days, Russia and European countries: 25-40 days. We will provide photos and videos of equipment loading throughout the delivery process, as well as official customs clearance information.
  • How long is warranty period, how to guarantee after-sales service, and how to solve equipment quality problems?
    The warranty period of our equipment is 12 months, but it usually takes about 30 days (1 month) to transport from China to the customer's site, and installation and commissioning time also takes about 30 days (1 month). Therefore, our warranty period for foreign customers is extended to 18 months from the date of delivery (except for wearing parts). We will provide customers with necessary wearing parts when delivering the goods. If it is necessary to replace the parts, we will send the parts to the customer's site by air, and all cost will be borne by us.
  • Can engineers be sent to our site for installation and training?
    We can send experienced engineers to the customer's site to guide equipment installation, debug the production line until it is put into production, we will also provide installation instructions, layout drawings, assembly drawings, etc. If the customer has his own engineer, he can install the equipment according to the installation steps drawings we provide, and we can also guide the installtion with online videos.
