Drying equipment

On April 19, 2024, CORINMAC one set of drying equipment was delivered to Novosibirsk, Russia.This is the second time the customer has ordered our sand drying production line.  The capacity of the first set was 15-20 tons per hour, which can not meet the customer's production needs. This time we provide customers with a dryer with cylinder diameter of 2.9 meters and cylinder length of 5.8 meters. The capacity can reach 30-35 tons per hour.  Because of the cold winter in Novosibirsk, we have added insulation layers to the dryer cylinder and pulse dust collector according to the local climate conditions to ensure that the dryer does not lose heat, and the pulse dust collector does not condense water and block the filter bags.

Drying equipment and 3tph dry mortar equipment sent to Vladivostok port.This production line consists of Drying part and a Mixing part.Drying part:The raw material is put into the hopper by the loader, and then sent to the three-pass dryer by the belt conveyor below the hopper. The dried material is sent to the classiying screen by the belt conveyor to obtain the finished materials with different particle sizes. Finished materials are sent to the buffer warehouse via a belt conveyor for mixing.

Drying equipment and dry-mix mortar production equipment sent to Georgia, with an output of 5-10 tons per hour.Dry mortar production line is a combined production line of sand drying and standard mortar production. The raw sand is processed into finished sand by a dryer and a vibrating screen, and then the finished sand, cementitious materials (cement, gypsum, etc.), various additives and other raw materials according to a specific recipe, mix with a mixer, and mechanically packing the obtained dry powder mortar, including raw material storage silo, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, additive batching system, bucket elevator, pre-mixed hopper, mixer, packaging machine, dust collectors and control system.
