This project includes a cutting-edge Vertical Dry Mortar Production Line, seamlessly integrating sand drying and standard mortar production. We transformed raw sand into high-quality finished sand using our dryer and vibrating screen. Then, it was mixed precisely with cementitious materials (like cement, gypsum) and various additives following a specific recipe in our powerful mixer to create top-tier dry powder mortar.
The entire process, from raw material storage in silos to final packaging and palletizing by our efficient packaging machine and column palletizer, is controlled by a smart control system. Key equipment also includes screw conveyors, weighing hoppers, additive batching systems, bucket elevators, pre-mixed hoppers, and dust collectors for a clean operation.

One of these is a super efficient Vertical Dry Mortar Production Line. It combines sand drying and standard mortar production all in one!
We take raw sand, dry it in our dryer, and then sift it through the vibrating screen to get finished sand. Then, this finished sand, with cementitious materials like cement and gypsum, plus various additives... all according to a specific recipe... gets blended together in a mixer.
From storing the raw materials in silos, to moving them with screw conveyors, weighing them precisely in weighing hoppers, adding the right additives... everything flows smoothly. Our packaging machine and column palletizer handle the final steps. It's all controlled by our smart control system.
