Here is a look at the dry mortar production line with packing & palletizing line we recently installed for our Russian client. The system is designed for efficient sand processing, mortar mixing and packing & palletizing.
The process starts with the belt feeder and rotary dryer. Materials are lifted by the bucket elevator, pass through the vibrating screen, and are stored in the silos, with our integrated dust collection system for environmental care.
Raw materials are precisely weighed in the main hopper and additive system, then transferred to the mixer to create a consistent final product.
The finished mortar moves to the automatic bag placer and packing machine. The palletizing robot then stacks the bags efficiently, preparing them for palletizing.
Finally, pallet wrapper wrapping the goods. The system includes empty pallet bottom film cover for moisture protection before the final wrapping process.
