On day Dec 05.2021, we have delivered the 4m³ spiral ribbon mixer (SS316L) & 1200x3000 ball mill to Thailand.
The Spiral ribbon mixer is mainly composed of a main shaft, double-layer or multi-layer ribbon. The spiral ribbon is one outside and one inside, in opposite directions, pushes the material back and forth, and finally achieves the purpose of mixing, which is suitable for stirring light materials.
The ribbon mixing equipment is often used for mixing viscous or cohesive powders and granules. It can also mix low-density powders and fibrous materials, such as putty powder, abrasives, pigments, starch, etc.
