The old powder production line renovation project in Uzbekistan has been successfully completed the installation of all equipment and commissioning with material feeding. This project involved upgrading the client's existing production line with downstream automation, transforming the entire system for pallet supply, conveying, and automated palletizing of bagged materials. Our technical team considering the existing equipment and working conditions of the original factory, completed equipment placement, electrical integration, program debugging, and trial production with materials. This enabled automated operation of the bagged finished product palletizing section, reducing manual intervention, improving the efficiency of finished product outbound operations, and ensuring stable system operation. The project was successfully delivered.

At the Uzbekistan project site, the automatic packing and palletizing line equipment provided by our company successfully completed all installation, wiring, debugging, and overall system commissioning. The entire system is now ready for production and operation. This project is equipped with ton bag packing machine, valve bag packaging machine, column palletizer, pallet wrapping machine and a full set of process supporting auxiliary equipment, covering the complete operation process of large-tonnage ton bag filling, valve bag quantitative packaging, automatic palletizing of finished products, and winding and film protection. The entire production line automates the entire process from material discharging to finished product pallet packaging, greatly reducing on-site manual labor intensity, avoiding errors and safety hazards caused by manual packaging and palletizing, and effectively improving packaging accuracy, production rhythm, and storage and transportation protection capabilities.

The MYFIX fully automatic dry mortar production line manufactured by CORINMAC has been successfully installed and commissioned in Kosovo and has officially started production. The entire project is a one-stop turnkey automated production line, integrating raw material batching and mixing system, multiple valve bag packaging machines, automatic pallet feeder, empty pallet bottom film covering machine, robotic palletizing system, and stretch hooder machine. It realizes unmanned operation of the entire process from raw material feeding, metering and mixing, automatic filling, automatic pallet supply, bottom film covering of the pallet, robotic palletizing, and whole-pallet stretching and wrapping.

Another milestone for CORINMAC! From July 19 to 22, 2026, CORINMAC complete set of 30-40tph(ton per hour) dry mortar production line equipment was successfully loaded into nine containers and shipped to Colombia. This shipment underscores our commitment to serving the South American market with reliable, high-capacity dry mortar solutions.

A fully custom-branded dry mortar packaging, palletizing, and stretch hooding line — engineered by CORINMAC, running smoothly in Russia.This is a fully customized dry mortar production, packaging, and palletizing line delivered by CORINMAC for a Russian client — now in stable mass production. The line features a vertical layout on a steel structure, with automatic bag placing, valve bag packaging, check weighing, bag flattening, layer palletizing, and stretch hooding — all integrated into one continuous automated flow. Every piece of equipment is custom-branded with the client’s LOGO.

On July 5, 2026, CORINMAC complete set of 10tph(ton per hour) dry mortar production line equipment completed the overall commissioning, full-item quality inspection before leaving the factory, and protective packaging for ocean shipping. It was successfully loaded into four containers and shipped to Tanzania in East Africa to support local building materials production and infrastructure project construction.

On June 26, 2026, Zhengzhou Corin Machinery Co., Ltd. (CORINMAC) successfully completed the delivery of the dry mortar production line equipment to a customer in Kyrgyzstan. The dry mortar production line equipment delivered this time includes the high-efficiency mixing system(twin shaft paddle mixer), finished product hopper, bucket elevator, impulse bags dust collector, weighing hopper, screw conveyor, ton bag un-loader, valve bag packing machine, and intelligent electrical control systems, designed to meet large-scale, automated production needs for various mortar types.

On June 7, 2026. CORINMAC customized open top bag packaging machine for the Spain project completed the overall debugging, precision calibration, factory quality inspection, and international shipping standard protective packaging. It was officially shipped to Spain to support the intelligent upgrade of the European customer's production line.

On June 1, 2026. CORINMAC complete set of 5TPH(ton per hour) dry mortar production line with sand drying production line completed overall debugging, factory quality inspection, moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging, and was successfully loaded into four containers and shipped to Madagascar. The complete set of 5TPH dry mortar production line with sand drying production line equipment including wet sand hopper, belt conveyor, belt feeder, three-cylider rotary dryer, vibrating screen, cyclone dust collector, exhaust fan, impulse bags dust collector, ton bag un-loader, screw conveyor, weighing hopper, single shaft paddle mixer, finished product hopper, valve bag packing machine, simple electric hoist, ball mill, PLC electrical control cabinet and spare parts, etc.

From May 19 to 26, 2026. CORINMAC completed the phased delivery of a complete dry mortar production line to Kyrgyzstan. After factory quality inspection, reinforcement and protective packaging, all equipment was successfully loaded and delivered. In response to the long-distance land transportation conditions in Central Asia, our team implemented export-level transportation standards throughout the entire process. Equipment and accessories were classified, packaged, and treated against moisture, shock, and rust. Every goods list was carefully checked, and the equipment was securely loaded and fastened to ensure safe, intact arrival, laying a solid foundation for subsequent overall installation, commissioning, and formal production.
