CORINMAC Automatic Dry Mortar Production Line has Been Successfully Installed and Commissioned in Kosovo

The MYFIX fully automatic dry mortar production line manufactured by CORINMAC has been successfully installed and commissioned in Kosovo and has officially started production.

The entire project is a one-stop turnkey automated production line, integrating raw material batching and mixing system, multiple valve bag packaging machines, automatic pallet feeder, empty pallet bottom film covering machine, robotic palletizing system, and stretch hooder machine. It realizes unmanned operation of the entire process from raw material feeding, metering and mixing, automatic filling, automatic pallet supply, bottom film covering of the pallet, robotic palletizing, and whole-pallet stretching and wrapping.

Key Features of the Production Line:

1. High-Level Batching and Mixing System: Large steel structure batching platform with automatic multi-component metering, batching, and mixing ensures accurate proportions of dry mortar materials, meeting the flexible production needs of various product categories.

2. Multi-Station Valve Bag Packaging Machines: Multiple valve bag packaging machines operate in parallel, offering fast packaging speed, stable metering accuracy, and compatibility with various powder materials in dry mortar.

3. Automatic Pallet Feeder: Pallets are automatically stored, supplied, and output, eliminating the need for manual pallet handling. Matching palletizing cycles, it ensures continuous production line operation.

4. Robotic Palletizing: Six-axis robot completes the gripping and layering of bagged products, resulting in neat and stable stacks. This significantly reduces manual labor and improves palletizing efficiency.

5. Bottom film covering machine + stretch hooder machine: Before palletizing, a bottom film is applied, followed by wrapping the entire pallet for protection against moisture and dust, suitable for long-distance overseas warehousing and transportation.

6. Fully automated production line: The conveying of each process is connected by a centralized PLC control system, requiring only a small number of personnel to operate the entire production line, which is suitable for the cost reduction and efficiency improvement needs of overseas factories.

This project is another benchmark turnkey project for our company overseas. From scheme design, equipment manufacturing, cross-border delivery to on-site installation and commissioning, the entire process was implemented in a closed loop. The complete automated production line helped the MYFIX factory achieve intelligent production of dry mortar throughout the entire process, improve product capacity and production standardization, and meet the large-volume supply needs of the local market.
