CORINMAC Dry Mortar Production Line Project in Kazakhstan has been Successfully Completed

Recently, CORINMAC dry mortar production line project in Kazakhstan successfully completed the installation and commissioning of valve bag packaging machines, column palletizer and a full set of supporting equipment, and officially entered the production stage.

In Kazakhstan's frigid environment, our engineering team overcame the challenges of climate and construction conditions, efficiently completing the entire process from equipment installation to system commissioning.

Valve-type packaging machine: Precise metering, automatic filling, and rapid sealing ensure efficient and stable mortar packaging.

Column palletizer: Automated gripping and precise stacking significantly improve the efficiency and safety of finished product stacking.

Supporting system: From raw material conveying and mixing to packaging and palletizing, the entire process is intelligently linked, achieving minimally manned production.

Technical Highlights: Adaptable to Central Asia, Highly Efficient and Reliable

✅ Cold Region Adaptability: The equipment is specially designed to operate stably in low-temperature environments, meeting local climatic conditions.

✅ Precision and Efficiency: Minimal valve port packaging error and high palletizing accuracy ensure product quality and production efficiency.

✅ Intelligent Linkage: Fully automated control throughout the entire process reduces manual intervention and lowers operating costs.

This project is an important step for us to deepen our presence in the Central Asian market. In the future, we will continue to export Chinese-made products and help countries along the Belt and Road Initiative upgrade their industries.
