The length of the cylinder is only one third of the single cylinder dryer, thereby greatly reducing the floor space and the building construction area.

Working principle:

 
The material to be dried enters the dryer through the belt conveyor, and the riding wheel & the roller drive the cylinder to rotate. Under the action of the lifting plate and the guide plate on the inner wall of the cylinder, the material is continuously picked up and scattered to spiral. The heat exchange is realized. The material enters the middle cylinder with the direction of the guide plate for countercurrent drying. After fully absorbing the heat emitted from the inner cylinder and the middle cylinder, the material enters the outer cylinder. The material enters the discharge bin and is sent to the designated position by the belt conveyor.

Main features:
 
1. The final moisture content of the material is guaranteed to be less than 0.5%, and it is the first choice for dry-mixed mortar and slag powder production lines.
2. The thermal efficiency of the cylinder self-insulation is as high as 70% or more (the thermal efficiency of the traditional single-cylinder dryer is only 35%), which improves the thermal efficiency by 35%.
3. The fuel could be coal, oil and gas. It could be used to dry bake blocks, granules and powdery materials below 20mm.
4. Compared with the single cylinder dryer, it occupies about 50% less land, reduces civil investment by about 50%, and reduces power consumption by 60%.
5. The final moisture can be easily adjusted according to user requirements.
6. The outlet air temperature is low, and the dust removal equipment has a long service time.
