Description:

The screw conveyor is used for horizontal and oblique transportation of various small granular, dusty, explosion-proof and non-corrosive materials. Its shape is long, which is mainly composed of the conveyor body, the inlet and outlet, and the driving device. There is a spiral impeller inside the conveyor. Its working principle is to convey the material through the rotating spiral blades in the conveyor, and the force of the material not rotating with the blade is the material's own weight and the frictional resistance of the casing to the material.Then push the material forward, so as to achieve the purpose of transportation. This equipment is widely used in various industries such as coal mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, high work efficiency, long service life and so on, which greatly improves labor productivity.

Elevator

Description:

According to different capacity and different lifting heights, we can provide customers with three different types of elevator, belt type, plate chain type and ring chain type. The elevatoris designed for continuous vertical transportation of bulk materials such as sand, crushed stone, crushed stone, peat, slag, coal, etc in the production of building materials, chemical, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing enterprises, coal preparation plants and other industries.
The bucket elevator feeding is flow type. The material flows into the small hopper through the feeding port and is lifted to the top by a belt (plate chain or chain). The material is automatically discharged through the discharge port under the gravity of the material. Its structure is composed of a driving device, a running part, a machine head, a machine base, and a middle case. The drive unit can be installed on the left or right side according to the actual requirements of the customer. The head is equipped with a backstop to prevent the hopper from turning. This series has the characteristics of high productivity, low energy consumption, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life.

Description:

 

A belt conveyor is a friction-driven machine that transports materials in a continuous manner.
